Wild Things Nursery

Marilyn Stewart will be at the Scented Garden Show with her Wild Things Nursery native plants. Here is a little about her business:

WILD THINGS NURSERY

Marilyn Stewart

Want Monarchs? Then you need to plant milkweeds as a host plant and plants like asters for nectar as they are migrating back to Mexico in the fall. Want hummingbirds? Of course there are several tubular and red flowers that Hummers love, but insects comprise up to 85% of their diet and only native plants attract the insects they need. Like Chickadees? They need 6-8 THOUSAND caterpillars to feed a clutch of young and you’ll find those caterpillars on our native plants. Wild Things Nursery grows Oklahoma native plants for our Oklahoma native pollinators and wildlife. Natives, properly sited, require little care and are full of life!
